

ChildSportZ offers both camps and private training specializing in skill development through focused training in agility drills, running technique, and core body workouts. Our program includes:
Personal attention makes all the difference in the world! The ChildSportZ process leverages a comfortable ratio of instructor to child (usually 1 teacher for every 5 students) to meet and exceed the results you are looking for. Our instructor
to child ratio allows us to gain quality one-on-one time with our students, and more completely understand their strengths and needs.
ChildSportZ focuses on kids ages 2½ to 8. Although we address skill development across all muscle groups, we specifically drive those most lucrative in six key sports: baseball, softball, football, hockey, basketball and volleyball. ChildSportZ
kids will participate in activities designed to stimulate development in those sports. We also develop minds to begin processing concepts of strategy, competition, and success.
Sometimes sport reaches far beyond the playing field, rink, or court, teaching kids important life lessons and skills. In addition to the physical development, young people can learn self-confidence, teamwork, determination, goal-setting, team communication,
leadership and time management. The bottom line is they can learn life skills that will help them grow into healthier, more successful young adults.
